Job Description

A popular Italian Restaurant in Port Macquarie are seeking a full-time 1st year Commercial Cookery Apprentice to join their team and make their mark!

The Restaurant serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. They have a delicious menu showcasing the fresh, local produce with a strong focus on providing the highest quality food.

Applicants must:

Be passionate about working in the Hospitality Industry and enjoy Italian food,
Committed to completing Certificate III in Commercial Cookery,
Be dedicated to the three year Apprenticeship,
Be available to work on a rotating roster including evenings and weekends,
Have an understanding of Safe Food Handling procedures,
Be reliable, hard working along with a good work ethic,
Drivers licence not necessary, but ability to get to and from work,
Have completed CareerGate 3 – General Aptitude Assessment.
