About the Role 

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for service customers and play a key role in delivering a positive and professional service experience. Your duties will include:

• Greeting and assisting service customers

• Communicating vehicle concerns and repair requirements

• Preparing parts and labour quotations

• Handling customer enquiries and complaints

• Preparing invoices and closing repair orders

About You 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in reception, retail, or customer service (preferred)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• A professional presentation and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• A current driver licence, including manual transmission
