The Westport Club has an opportunity for a full time Apprentice Chef to join our team. We are seeking someone who is looking to start their Certificate III in Commercial Cookery in 2025 or someone who has already commenced their Commercial Cookery studies. You'll be mentored by one of the most skilled chef teams in our region and have the opportunity to experience our a la carte menu in Aqua, the casual dining setting of Hastings Coffee Co, and the fast-paced dynamic world of events. All this whilst you are based on the banks of the Hastings River with water views from every kitchen.
