We are currently looking for a trainee to join our team. The right candidate will bring:

• Strong presentation and excellent communication skills
• A genuine interest in building a career in IT, with some supporting knowledge or experience
• Willingness to undertake a Certificate IV or Diploma in IT through on-the-job training

Initial responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting clients (both home and business) in person and over the phone
• Maintaining a clean and professional workspace
• Supporting home clients with general IT and technology needs
