Job Description

A reputable Bakery located in Port Macquarie is seeking a part-time Retail Baking Trainee to join their team.

The Bakery makes fresh croissants, danishes, sweet buns, rolls and bread to name a few on the premises daily.

The position involves 6 am starts Monday to Friday and you will assist the baker prepare dough and baked products daily.

Applicants must:

  • Be passionate about working in the Baking industry,
  • Be committed to completing Certificate II in Baking,
  • Be dedicated to the term of the traineeship,
  • Ability to start at 6am, 5 hours per day,
  • Have Driver Licence,
  • Have a high attention to detail,
  • Work well in a team environment and
  • Have completed CareerGate 3 – General Aptitude Assessment.
