About this opportunity
You will complete a Certificate IV in Administration over 24 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Host Employer, Linked Community Services.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to:
- Carry out office administration tasks including answering and directing phone calls, data entry, some finance and invoicing duties, and supporting the team where required.
- Provide quality customer service
- Scheduling and dispatching of community transport.
The successful applicant
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following capabilities and knowledge:
- Good customer service skills
- Honest and reliable
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Mandatory requirements
- Current drivers licence (P1 or above), or close to obtaining
- Current Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain)
