Macleay Locksmiths & Security is a family run and operated business located in the beautiful Macleay valley. We are Kempseys experts in security ranging from Locksmithing, CCTV & Alarm installation, automotive key programming, residential and commercial locking hardware.

We are seeking a Security Technician Apprentice to join our growing business. You will be working closely alongside our Senior Locksmith, who will teach you the ins and outs of the trade, meaning that you get to learn on the job!

Locksmithing is a specialised trade and highly sought after in this ever changing technological world. The successful applicant will work closely alongside our Senior Locksmith, who will teach you the ins and outs of the trade, meaning that you get to learn on the job!

You will study a Certificate III in Locksmithing which will take place at Sydney Technical College in Ultimo, meaning that every so often, you will be required to travel to Sydney for study.

The successful applicant will need to undertake a police check, and apply for a security licence

The ideal candidate is someone who is honest, reliable and has a genuine interest in the trade.
