A position exists for an Apprentice (1st Year) to support the Field Services Team at our Port Macquarie Office with testing, fault identification, repair and maintenance of various Electronic Equipment, Gaming and Interactive Entertainment Systems. Mid Coast Gaming Pty Ltd is a leading locally owned service company, offering field service repair and maintenance services to a growing base in Mid North Coast within Gaming and Field Services sector.
Duties and Key Result Areas:
Support field staff in the installation, commissioning and use of equipment.
Maintain client equipment including calibration, fault identification and repair.
Perform routine Preventative Maintenance of Client Equipment.
Maintain accurate records in line with company's Call Management System and Legislative requirements.
Adhere to the spirit and practice of the company’s Values, Health and Safety plans and policies.
Key responsibilities and duties may be subject to change from time to time.
Must be prepared to enroll in and willing to carry out training for the Nationally Accredited Qualification relative to the position as listed below for TAFE intake from January 2021.
Current Drivers' License.
Current National Police Check; displaying No Disclosable Court Outcomes.
Minimum age 18 years.
Ability to work independently or in a team, maintain own quality of work, and determine own work priorities.
Ability to learn quickly.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to use a computer, especially Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook and Excel and an interest in increasing computer skills.
Awareness of and ability to adhere to safety procedures.
