Job Description

A popular Italian Restaurant in Port Macquarie are seeking a full-time 1st year Commercial Cookery Apprentice to join their team and make their mark!

The Restaurant serves Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. They have a delicious menu showcasing the fresh, local produce with a strong focus on providing the highest quality food.

Applicants must:

  • Be passionate about working in the Hospitality Industry and enjoy Italian food,
  • Committed to completing Certificate III in Commercial Cookery,
  • Be dedicated to the three year Apprenticeship,
  • Be available to work on a rotating roster including evenings and weekends,
  • Have an understanding of Safe Food Handling procedures,
  • Be reliable, hard working along with a good work ethic,
  • Drivers licence not necessary, but ability to get to and from work,
  • Have completed CareerGate 3 – General Aptitude Assessment.
