Business Administration Traineeship
O'Brien Plumbing & Roofing Port Macquarie
O'Brien Plumbing & Roofing Port Macquarie is seeking genuine interest for a Business Administration Trainee to join our office team.

This role is a 12-month traineeship in Certificate III Business Administration with experience gained through on-the-job training along with formal study through a Registered Training Organisation.

Some of the tasks that the successful team member will be undertaking but not limited to:

  • The first point of customer contact - Incoming phone calls & greeting of visitors to the office
  • General administration duties including the production of documents, data entry & general filing
  • Work closely & providing administrative assistance to key internal staff when required
  • Liaise with Clients, site staff, suppliers, subcontractors & local authorities
  • Update & maintain CRM and various registers
  • Attend & process requests for work orders and quotes
  • Scheduling jobs & managing workflow schedules
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices & quotations
  • Creation of purchase orders to suppliers & subcontractors
  • Assist/organize materials for projects including deliveries
  • Assist & maintain stock management including stock takes

The position is full-time (Monday to Friday) and based in our office in Port Macquarie’s industrial area. This is a terrific opportunity to work with a close-knit team.
